DESPERATION OF SERIAKE DICKSON TO CONTINUE ENSLAVING BAYELSA STATE, By Alasuonyo Mathias

Despite allegedly pumping billions of naira to compromise members of the Bayelsa State Governorship Elections Petitions Tribunal sitting in  Abuja, to procure a favorable judgment against the God anointed candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC, Chief Timipre Sylva, Part -time Bayelsa State governor, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson is still jittery.

Dickson according to his close associates is not still confident that the judgement will be in his favour as expected after pumping in the billions, so he drew the attention of the man who imposed him on Bayelsa State and Bayelsans, former president Goodluck Jonathan to help him penetrate the judiciary with his contacts and influence the much anticipated judgment.

Sources say Jonathan arrived Nigeria and  series of meetings where held in the presence of Rivers State Governor Chief Nyesom Wike and other PDP stalwarts. Again the development has still not convinced the Bayelsa Part-time governor of emerging victorious at the tribunal.

The latest is that the bully governor is now mobilizing hired crowd of persons down to Abuja to protest the possible outcome of the Tribunal Judgment. On good authority we hear that Buses were being hired and maybe taking off from Yenagoa to Abuja today to create an impression that the panel of Judges had been compromised to favour Chief Timipre Sylva.

It seems Seriake Dickson has seen that the judges cannot be compromised easily as he was boasting to his blind supporters, so he thinks blackmailing the judges and blackmailing some influential people under the Buhari government will compromise justice.

Dickson must know that; if blackmailing worked for him during the December 5th, 2015 and January  6, 2016 elections, it won't even stand water this time because the Judiciary and the President Buhari led government is fully aware of his misleading antics.

At this point i urge all Bayelsans to keep praying for my boss and the APC candidate, Chief Timipre Sylva, if they really want to be rescued from the hunger and no salary government of Seriake Dickson because Sylva is the answer at this critical period to solve their problem.

THE Rivers State Police Command on Thursday declared an ex-militant leader, Solomon Ndigbara, wanted for alleged arson. Ndigbara, who hails from Yeghe in the Gokana Local Government of Rivers State, was said to have ordered the burning of a building. The command disclosed this in a statement issued in Port Harcourt on Wednesday by its Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ahmad Muhammad. Solomon is also the suspect who allegedly assassinated an APC Chieftain and a lecturer yesterday in Rivers for writing a letter against him. Ondo state APC settles with candidate ready for election

  The candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, says he has no grudge against the state party chairman, Isaac Kekemeke. Speaking after a closed-door meeting with the party chairman at residence in Akure, Akeredolu says he met with the chairman to discuss how the party would be victorious in the forthcoming governorship election. Things fell apart between Akeredolu and Kekemeke before the primary election of the party over the issue of alleged endorsement of an aspirant. The party had been engulfed in crisis following the rejection of the recommendation of the Electoral Appeal Committee by the National Working Committee of the party. The committee had recommended that the result of the September 3, 2016 primary election should be annulled.
